Six Special Guest Authors of

Ribbons of Scarlet: A Novel of the French Revolution's Women

AIBF is thrilled to join with The Book Loft bookstore and Nassau County Public Library at Fernandina Beach to present Ribbons of Scarlet, a remarkable achievement of six renowned authors telling six stories and tying them all together as they bring to life the French Revolution and the women behind the history.

Enjoy tea and sandwiches while hearing from a dream team of historical authors:

  • Kate Quinn is a New York Times and USA Today best-selling author of "The Huntress" and "The Alice Network."

  • Stephanie Dray is a NYT, WSJ, & USA Today best-selling author whose award-winning work tops lists for the most anticipated reads of the year.

  • Laura Kamoie is the NYT, WSJ, & USA Today best-selling author with a Ph.D. in early American history.

  • Sophie Perinot is an award-winning author of female-centered historical fiction. With two previous books set in France

  • Heather Webb is the international best-selling author whose award-winning books have sold in over a dozen countries worldwide.

  • E. Knight is an award-winning, USA Today best-selling author whose love of history began as a young girl when she traipsed the halls of Versailles.

After the presentation you can meet the authors in person and get your books signed.

Under the general heading of Books & Bites, these partnership events bring books of note to your attention and offer a chance to hear and meet the authors in person. They also help support the AIBF Authors in Schools Literacy Program that provides books to every student in Nassau County of the author they will meet on Feb. 14th.

Watch for the second Books & Bites coming up in November:

Cassandra King Conroy and her new memoir, Tell Me a Story: My Life with Pat Conroy.
