Mary Lu Scholl embarked on a career as a novelist with the complete support of her dog and two cats. By the time she had written a few episodes of mayhem, mystery and murder her hair was a little whiter and she had lost her beloved dog. Still, she persevered in pursuit of justice – or amusement – or revenge – or self-preservation…


Part gypsy, Irish (that’s important later) English and all American, she was raised all over the west and has moved to Citrus County not once, but twice.



Having kissed the Blarney stone, and seeing Irish culture all over the Nature Coast, she has settled here near her daughter, with her mother and sister close, and is documenting the travails of Camper Life. And now, the closely guarded secrets regarding Gaelic Mythology and the semi-tropical communities in Citrus County.
