Acknowledgements

1. I understand that as part of my application I must pay the application fee and send (by U.S. Mail) a copy of my featured book to arrive at the Amelia Island Book Festival for my application to be complete no later than November 15, 2026. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis due to availability of space, then a waiting list will be compiled.
   

2. Notification of acceptance will be by e-mail no later than December 1, 2026. If NOT accepted the application fee will be returned. Cancellation with full refund will be given until January 15, 2027. After January 15, 2027, no refunds will be given.
   

3. I understand and acknowledge that AIBF cannot pay honoraria, nor reimburse for transportation or accommodations.
   

4. If selected, I agree to actively promote my participation in the Festival and tag/mention the Amelia Island Book Festival in my social media posts and any other marketing activities undertaken by me.
   

5. I consent for my book to be featured in a silent auction/book raffle for fundraising during the 2027 Festival weekend.

If selected I will be available Saturday, February 27, 2027 to participate in the AIBF Festival.
