Deb Richardson-Moore is a former journalist and minister who lives in Greenville, SC. Lion Hudson in England has published five of her books -- a memoir, "The Weight of Mercy," about her first three years as a pastor in a church for the homeless, and the three-volume Branigan Powers mystery series, in which a homeless man aids a reporter in solving murders. Her most recent novel was "Murder, Forgotten," a stand-alone in which a famous mystery writer is losing her memory.
She received an honorary doctorate from Furman University in 2021, and was named Humanitarian of the Year by United Housing Connections in 2020 and Leadership Greenville's Distinguished Alumna in 2017.
