My sisters and I grew up in a small town on the seacoast of New Hampshire.
When we were young our dad created a bedtime story for us about family, love and loyalty.
After we lost him to Alzheimer's, about five years ago; we decided to honor him by retelling his story. We also wanted to carry on this legacy in print for our children and grandchildren.
So, after a collaborative effort our book, "The Three Butterfly Sisters" was published.
In less than two years and through the Pandemic, we exceeded our expectations for sales as well as virtual and in-person events.
One of our next goals is to share this cherished story with children all over the world by translating it into several languages, beginning with Spanish.
A love of reading was instilled in us from an early age. Going forward; we want to share our passion and commitment for children's literacy by participating in the Amelia Island Book Festival (as new members), as well as other fundraisers and organizations.
