Lauren Gilbert was introduced to English authors early in life, and the passion has never left. An avid reader, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Art History. She is a contributing writer in both volumes of CASTLES, CUSTOMS AND KINGS: True Tales by English Historical Fiction Authors. She has two novels currently in print and is researching material for new nonfiction work for Pen & Sword Books Ltd. A long-time member of JASNA, she has presented multiple programs for her local region and a program for the 2011 Annual General Meeting.
