Sandra Dempsey Madden is a former Miami and Los Angeles broadcast writer, producer, and host. Eventually her part-time avocation became a full-time career as a writer of lighthearted historical and contemporary romance. Fourteen of her romances have been traditionally published and in several languages. Sandra also wrote Reuben Kincaid Remembered, the memoir of her late husband, actor Dave Madden, best known for his role as Reuben Kincaid on "The Partridge Family" television series.
A former member of Women In Communications, Sandra is included in "Who's Who and Why of Successful Florida Women - 1985. She has received numerous awards including: The Displaced Homemaker Award from the Miami-Dade County YWCA, and a certificate of Commendation from the Dade County Commission. Sandra received a first place Emily Award for Mainstream fiction and her poetry has appeared in Ion Books, Inc. and The South Florid University Press's chapbook, "Women In Love."
