2026 THEME:
"TO THE SILVER SCREEN"
Write about a character who is a new actor/actress who is about to shoot their first movie scene. (see flyer and short story synopsis given to shared with teacher)

Story must be 1,000-2,000 words

Must be an original work

Must be a Nassau County resident in Middle or High school

Submissions must be in:
​- Times New Roman 12-point font
- Double-spaced
- Must include: Name, Email Address, Grade, School, Teacher’s Name and Title on front page in Microsoft Word file format​

A head shot photo and the completed release form must be submitted with the application
